• Private terrace with a flowered arbour and garden furniture on the west side of the house.
• Park (1,500 sq m, totally closed) and swimming pool (5 x 12 meters)
• Parking area in the garden.
• Porch roof and garden sitting room facing the pool.
• Sheets rental available.
• Cleaning service and baby sitting on request.
• No smoking
